We are organizing a dinner after the Conference. Price for the dinner, including drinks, is €45 per person. Should you be interested to join, then please do a separate wire transfer payment to our account for the right amount.
Flying in
We are pleased to announce the Portugese airline TAP as our official carrier, offering our conference participants a reduction on their TAP flights. See below for more information.
Staying over
Since June is a month of festivities in Lisbon, we advise you not to wait too long before booking your room. Why not combining the conference with a visit of Lisbon!
We reserved a limited number of rooms in Hotel **** 3K Europa at the Av. Da Republica 93, Avenidas Novas. Prices: Single room €90 - Double room €100 - breakfast and VAT included, tourist tax and additional 10 euro administration fee not included.
